Our policy is that the customer comes first and customers satisfaction is our first priority. If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform a store manager. They will make every attempt to rectify your grievance immediately. If you would like to make a formal written complaint or compliment, you can write us. We will respond to you within 5 business days.
Sanitation: Proper sanitation is the utmost importance here at Kimmy’s Nail Spa. All metal implements are sterilized in a hospital grade AUTOCLAVE for a minimum 20 minutes and then sealed in a pouch until next use. You may have the hand file, buffer and orange wood stick for your own to use here.

Refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service to:
- Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious
- Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment are.
- Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious,or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
- Rude, mean or disrespectful people.
Gift certificates: can not redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable. The value of gift certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, altered or use without your permission. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates should be used within one year of purchase date.
Children: Unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous. Please keep your children here with supervises.
